Frequently Asked Questions – Nikkahfy

1. What is Nikkahfy?

Nikkahfy is a trusted online Nikkah service based in Pakistan. We help Muslim couples legally and Islamically get married through virtual Nikkah ceremonies conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp. We provide complete documentation, including Nikkah Nama, translations, and legal support.

2. Is this service legally valid in Pakistan and overseas?

Yes. All Nikkahs are conducted by licensed and Shariah-compliant Nikah Khawans, following Pakistani law. The Nikkah Nama you receive is legally valid in Pakistan. For overseas use (immigration, embassy), we also assist with translation, attestation, and NADRA registration if required.

3. Can I get married online if I live outside Pakistan?

Yes. Our service is specially designed for overseas Pakistanis. If either the bride or groom is abroad, we handle the entire process online, including power of attorney (if needed) and delivery of the Nikkah Nama to your country.

4. What documents are required for booking a Nikkah?

After booking, you’ll need to provide the following via WhatsApp:

  • CNIC or Passport copies of bride and groom
  • CNIC/passport of wali or guardian (if applicable)
  • Two witnesses (or request us to arrange)
  • Passport-size photos
  • Divorce or death certificate (if previously married)

5. How long does the process take?

Once your documents are verified, we schedule the Nikkah within 1–3 working days. If you want to book your Nikkah urgently (within 24 hours), an additional Royalty/Urgent Fee applies.

6. How is the online Nikkah ceremony conducted?

Your Nikkah is conducted live via Zoom or WhatsApp Video Call. The Qazi will guide both the bride and groom through the Ijab-o-Qabool, with witnesses and wali present (if required). Everything is done respectfully, in line with Islamic traditions.

7. What do I get after the Nikkah is done?

You will receive:

  • Legally registered Nikkah Nama (Urdu)
  • English translated version (if requested)
  • PDF scan and/or physical copy via courier
  • Support for NADRA or embassy processing (if selected)

8. Can you arrange witnesses for us?

Yes. If you do not have two Muslim male witnesses, our team can provide verified and Shariah-acceptable witnesses during the ceremony.

9. Is the service private and secure?

Absolutely. All sessions are conducted privately, with full confidentiality. Your personal data and documents are protected and never shared without your consent.

10. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the time-sensitive nature of this service and involvement of legal/Islamic personnel, we do not offer refunds once the process has begun. However, if you have concerns or want to reschedule, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

11. How can I talk to someone before booking?

You can contact us on WhatsApp at +923288182471 or send us a message through the Contact Us page. We’re available 24/7 for consultations.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept local Pakistani bank transfers, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and international options like Western Union, Wise, or PayPal (for overseas clients).
